Mikael Johansson
Mikael’s professional career started in the residential and commercial Real Estate industry working for The Berkeley Group and Quintain Estates. During this 10 year period Mikael oversaw the acquisition of over £150m of development and investment property, part-development of Europe’s largest regeneration site at Greenwich Peninsula and the delivery of many development projects in London.
In 2015 Mikael setup his own real estate development company focusing on projects worldwide, which includes a €120m mixed-use resort development in Croatia, a boutique hotel portfolio in South Africa and high-end residential developments in London. Mikael continues to be active in the Real Estate sector working on numerous projects throughout Europe.
Away from real estate Mikael is the Trustee for three UK Charities. Mikael runs LIMI London Charity with his wife Laura, co-founded The Photography Foundation and is an active Trustee for JAMMA International.
Golf plays a large part of Mikael’s life. As well as travelling the world in search for interesting golf, Mikael is a golf course rater for the Golf World Top 100 golf course rankings by Today’s Golfer. Mikael is currently working on projects combining the real estate and golf industry.
Mikael is based between Marbella and London with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
